One poll does not make a result, the latest poll in the Sunday Times has the YES campaign on 51%, while those that want to stay part of the UK at 49%. This blog is not biting, it will not happen, it will be a healthy majority to stay part in the UK. Of course this blog could be wrong, it does happen, this blog trusts the Scottish people are not stupid; they know they would be at each others throat within a month if they go their own way; the UK PM might tell the Queen on his advice that she can not be Queen of Scotland. Also what is to stop London from freezing pensions and welfare payments. Also the London Government with the support of the Royal Navy could take over the oil fields, Scotland would get it back when they come to their senses. Thus firm prediction, Scotland will remain part of the UK. God Save the Queen.
