The idea that a ceasefire would last was hope over history, one can see that Putin agreed to a ceasefire as way to stall NATO, it did not work, the New Cold War with Russia has started, the Kremlin is a threat to Ukraine, Baltic States and Poland. The Putin Regime is following the tactics of Hitler before World War 2. It has been reported on Sky News that NATO countries have agreed to arm the Kiev Government, it is noted that US was one of those Countries, its about time the Oval moved, if Kiev is armed with the latest US arms it can counter the stronger Russian army. The conflict with restart, expect more Russian troops to cross the border, Ukraine could become Poland of 1939.
