Liberal Democrats and Tuition Fees

Guardian: Reports that the Business Secretary Vince Cable has stated that his reform of tuition fees could be moved in the House of Commons while he and his fellow Liberal Democrats abstain. This is why Liberal Democrats are loathed by Conservatives and Labour supporters, the want it both ways, how can a Secretary of State abstain from his own idea, what comes first the Country or Party. The Lib Dems have to make a decision, are they in or out of Government, if they refused to support their own Secretary of State what is stop Tories from defecting on granting a referendum on AV. It is time for the Lib Dems to grow up. They wanted a Coalition Government will this is the price, not being liked by the left.
