The Times: Reports that Judge Sonia Sotomayor has been passed by the US Senate to sit on the US Supreme Court. The Judge is a Liberal, she replaces a Liberal, thus the Court should not move to the left. As stated some of her comments if they had been stated by White Jurist would have sent the Left bonkers, But there is a double standard is American politics, if your on the left you can make racial comments and make legal judgements that are suspect and the elite media will give you a pass. Lets see how the Judge preforms on the bench, lets hope she turns out to be a great Jurist.
