Deaths in Afghanistan

MOD: Reports that three more soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan on Thursday, the Soldiers came from the " The Parachute Regiment ". Thus in combat operations the UK has lost 164 of its Armed Forces Personnel and due to accidents, illness or other incidents it has lost a further 31. The death total as of 2001 is now 195. It can be postulated that in the run up to the August election there will more deaths in Afghanistan, so far the USA has lost 11 soldiers this month alone, we as of today have lost 4. The UK and USA forces cant keep up this level of attrition for long, something will have to give, either we send more troops in to finish the job or we leave, its that brutal and simple.
