Lets Get Real:

The President - Elect can not let it go, either he is attacking the US intelligence networks or Hillary Clinton.   The Republican base that supports him will like that he  has returned to his campaign message, it could be problem although, HRC and Bill Clinton will be in Washington January 20th to see him become President.   Thus one hopes the President - Elect tones it back down again, at least intill next Saturday, he can throw HRC to jail on Sunday if he likes, but not this week.

Trump on US Intelligence Agencies - Part 2 - Trump Era

Telegraph - Live Reporting: Reports the following in its 1.17pm post, " A top aide to Donald Trump says he was "very happy" to hear from an intelligence chief that officials have not made any judgment on the reliability of potentially damaging information about the president elect...Clapper also said he told Trump he does not believe the leak of the document came from the intelligence community. "

Lets Get Real:

In less a video, audio or bank records show up that show a link between Trump and Russia this story is going nowhere fast, the press are just reporting on what others are saying and feeling.  IF there is damaging information on Trump it is worth its price in GOLD, no joke intended.   If the Russians are holding anything this is the ONLY time they can use it, if they say they have nothing then try to blackmail the President the Trump Oval can just say go ahead, the damage has been done, people will want to believe what they want, thus if you have a negative view of Trump the story just confirms it, if you are in the middle you see no HARD information, then the story is crab to quote the President.    The liberal main stream media and that includes the BBC have gone out on the plank when it comes to this story, they should hope they plank is not removed and they all fall in to the dirty water. 

The FBI Clinton Investigation to come under Review - Trump Era

Lets Get Real:

This is the last shot by the outgoing Obama Administration at the FBI, the Democrats believe that the Clinton Campaign lost because of the FBI Investigation.    This might be true, but the real reason that Secretary Clinton lost was the she was a bad candidate, the policy agenda of Secretary Clinton did not meet the needs of the voters of the Rust Belt.   The Democrats need to GROW UP and next time pick a better candidate.

Daily Mail: Reports " Outrage at BBC claims of SECOND Russian 'dirty dossier' on Trump amid claims they are trying to derail his presidency before it starts  "

Lets Get Real:

This blog was surprised that the BBC News team in the US went out on the plank when it comes to the Trump Story, they alleged more tapes, audio and money being sent from Moscow to the Trump Campaign.    Even the US networks have not gone that far, the dirty dossier the first one, can not be proven it from unnamed Russian sources, and the Moscow has been kind enough to reject the allegations, as they would, it in many ways it helps Trump, IF the Russians have info on Trump this is the best time to use them, otherwise they become old news, IF the tapes exist they could cause a political crisis in the US, IF they do not come forward they are OLD NEWS and will not matter if they come along later.  The Trump Administration might become hawkes over Russia, it would be difficult for Russia then to release the tapes, it would be seen as revenge.   This win win for Trump, and a loss for the liberal main stream media.

I think it's fair to say that this transition period is the most crisis ridden in history.   The incoming Trump Administration is at logger heads with the US intelligences Agencies, everyone is leaking, it seems no one can keep a secret these days in Washington D.C.   The Russian FSB must think they have scored a major victory if they had done nothing, or if they are behind the latest troubles they have kept their hands on the whole clean.   President Trump has to let go of the latest issues, he will face bigger problems when he is in the Oval Office.   It seems that Trump needs the constant thrill of new PR debates, it endless and we still have a few days to go before the Trump takes over, what next!!.

Trump and the Press - Trump Era

CNN - Politics: Reports " Trump will enter the White House with the most estranged relationship with journalists of any new President in recent memory after repeatedly branding the press "dishonest" and using it as a foil during his campaign and transition. "

Lets Get Real:

THE press relationship between a President Trump and the press will be below frosty, the President will be angry at the allegations against him have been published by the press without confirmation.   The press will want him to be tougher with Russia and will see any weakness as a confirmation of the press stories, Moscow should expect the relationship to stay cold to frosty.   The JFK, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan Administrations will look like love ins compared to the next four years, the press hate Trump and Trump hates the press, but also needs them, like LBJ and Richard Nixon he wants to be loved by them and the public.   Press ethics will be tested by Trump, and that is good for Democracy.

Telegraph - Live Reporting: Reports in its latest post the following on the Trump allegations,  " They included factual errors, as well as allegations that Russia was aware of “sexual perversion” engaged in by Mr Trump during a visit to Moscow. According to Buzzfeed, the dossier was prepared for Mr Trump’s political rivals. "

Lets Get Real:

THE question that has to be asked, should the main stream press have gone with this story, once they went with it, ALL those that comment on US politics had to follow suit, or they would like they were rejecting the news cycle.  As noted above there are errors in the document, if these errors can be sustained then the WHOLE work could fall apart.   The incoming Trump Administration must be in shock, now they will have to be harder on Russia if only to to prove that they can be and that Russian does not have a hold over Trump.   One does wonder if this is the new warriors of the new Cold War 2 are making sure Trump does not go off the reservation.   It is an interesting idea.
