This election race is over, its been over for weeks in the view of this blog, the Donald Trump campaign is dead in the water, it just needs in till November to bury the political ambitions of the Donald.   Thus the 2nd debate on Sunday should be what will be Hillary Clinton's foreign policy when it comes to Russia and Syria.   HRC pressed the restart button with Russia in the 1st Obama Administration, that has gone to hell, while in Syria the mess has gotten worse.   Will HRC place a no fly zone in Syria, how will the Russians react, are they now a greater threat to the Baltic States.   The debate will be fun to see the Donald destroyed by his own words.

The Russians are pushing to see how far they can go before the US either reacts or gets a new US President.   Latest deal between Assad's Syria and Russia shows how much influence the US has lost, the US with Obama in the Oval Office is no longer seen as a threat that has to be handled with care, thus if the Russians re-open their bases in Cuba and Vietnam it will show how much of a disaster the Obama Administration has been to World Security.   The next US President, and lets assume its HRC, will have to stand tough when it comes to Putin, this could cause a crisis in itself, a new Administration could no show weakness or its power in World affairs would be over.    Thus watch this space, it could get frosty fast.

The real THREAT to Western security is not the up and downs of the economic markets it the growing threat from Russia.   They have taken over the Crimea, they are in the Eastern Ukraine, they have just done a deal to with the Assad Government to remain in Syria in til the end of time.   The Russians are a present and long term threat, the good old days of pushing Russia around as long gone.   The Russians want the old USSR back or something close to a Greater Russia.    The next US President, and all the trends suggest it will be HRC will have to deal with the failure of her restart with Russia in the first Obama Administration and the growing presence of Russia in the Middle East.    Syria could be a flashpoint for the next Cuban Missile Crisis, what if HRC sets out a no fly zone in Syria and the Russians start to shoot at US airplanes, yes it could get that serious fast.   The clock is ticking and it is closer to Midnight than many people expect.

The UK economy is in great shape, the pound it can be argued is expected to go lower, the UK exit from the EU sounds more like a HARD exit, thus the UK will not be in the single market.   In pure market terms it makes sense for a £ sell off, in fact it can be argued that a drop helps with exports.   Thus it would not shock this blogger to find the pound is equal to the Euro by the end of the year or even lower.    Thus in pure speculative terms SELL and you would make money, as the pound will go lower, of courses this blog does not have the money to play those kind of games, the markets go down faster than the knickers of a high class escort.

The REAL DONALD TRUMP - Election 2016

The polls might have VP nominee Mike Pence winning the debate, but what the Governor Pence can not hide is the REAL DONALD.   The above advert should get  a greater viewing, it shows how out of touch the Governor is with his own leader.  The Donald Trump Campaign is finished, lets hope we see more policy from HRC at the next debate, she should stress that and try to get a mandate from the US voter in November.

Clinton LEADS in the Polls - Election 2016

Thus the bounce from the Presidential debate carries on, also the Clinton Camp is hitting the Donald hard on his TAXES.   Let us recall there are two more Presidential debates to go and then there is the VP debate to come shortly.   As stated HRC has already won this election, not ALL the polls can be that wrong, thus it would be interesting to see some of the foreign policy of a Clinton Administration, the two hot spots are Syria and the bad relationship between the US and Russia.  Also is HRC going to place more troops in Iraq and Syria.   Let us hope the debates to come give some meat on the bone when it comes to policy.

The tax issue carries on for a further day, this is good for HRC, but the Clinton Campaign has to be careful that the voters do not become bored with the issue and start to ask questions about the Clinton scandals.  The press tv and print have been to critical of the Donald it could cause the voter to feel sorry for the Donald.   That is the problem with the left press, they never know when to pause, also the Donald might bite back, the Clinton has enough scandals.   There is an old saying, someone in a glass house should beware of throwing stones, they might come back and bite you on the backside.
