On the Diplomatic front if that is what the Russian want their is the chance of new INF Treaty and Treaty Agreements on when both sides will have WAR GAMES, that is all the NATO West can offer, the Kremlin has demanded more, that the Ukraine never becomes part of NATO and that East European States in NATO have NATO troops removed from their soil, also equipment. The Baltic States and Poland will be worried that Biden will do a JFK in 1962 and sell them out, as JFK did to Turkey to end the Cuban Missile Crisis. The secret nature of that deal is the reason why Putin wants a TREATY, he saw Khrushchev was removed from power because of the public impression that he had FAILED over Cuba and Turkey.
