As noted by others today the Trump Oval is trying to divert attention from the first charges brought in connection with Russian actions in the 2016 Presidential election. The Special Counsel has to be careful, the charges better have some connection to Trump and the 2016 election, it can not be just slim connection, if the Trump Oval sees a way to sack the Special Counsel it will, also are the charges the start or the end of the investigation, how far along is the case, will there be more charges, it all depends on what happens later today.
