The Washington foreign policy elite are making sure the World knows that the reason that IS grew in Syria and developed control of areas of Iraq is down to President Obama and his kitchen Cabinet. Lets be very clear here, the Democrats recalled that Democrats were blamed for losing China at the end of the 1940s, they had gained a reputation for being safe with national security after the killing of OBL.
