This should please the US and its Arab and Western Allies, the dropping of bombs by the US and its allies is not a long term solution to the problem of IS, the terror group has to be taken out, and this means ground combat, even US voters are ahead of their President on this issue. It has been reported that IS has changed it field tactics, IS no longer moves in large groups, it has sent its supporters out to live with local people, thus it will not be possible to bomb them without taking out innocent people. The US and its allies should have a large meeting for a reality check, the various powers should agree to place troops on the ground, the US would lead but the other allies according to their size should give troops, then everyone has a dog in this race. IS will react to these strikes, the question is When and Where? The Allies need their eyes and ears open, and to connect the dots.
