If the above is TRUE then the Oval has to hit IS hard in Syria and Iraq, the West must be concerned that these fighters with Western passports will return home and bring the IS War to Western Europe. The Oval has to be bold, forget the legal approach to terrorism, just kill IS fighters and let them rot in the sands of Iraq and Syria. The last two and half years of the Obama Presidency will be graded by the action taken by the Oval when it comes to Syria and Iraq, its a WAR, no matter the diplomatic language of Secretary Kerry, its WAR that the US can not lose, if THE Oval is weak then the entire West is under the IS threat, take out the cancer now, do not wait in till it kills more innocent people.
