BBC News: Reports that the leader of the Taliban in Pakistan, Hakimullah Mehsud has been taken out by a US drone strike.

When President Obama does the right thing, its rare, this blog will tip its hat to the Oval, this removes a threat to the US and to its ally Pakistan. One has to say that the Obama drone strikes have been great success, they have wiped out the leadership of Al Qaeda in Afghanistan, also helped the secular Government in Pakistan. The use of drones and US Special Forces has been a major example of the Obama War on Terror, while saying he wants it to end, he has not be afraid to okay many hits on terrorists leaders and even bring them to trial. Although President Obama will never admit it, he using the example of Bush 43, thus again hat off to the Godfather in the Oval.
