ObamaCare and the US Supreme Court

The New York Times: Reports on the pressures the US Supreme Court Justices will face when they have three days of argument over ObamaCare. It can be postulated that this case ranks with Bush vs. Gore in 2000 in importance, in that decision the Court gave the Presidency to Bush 43, this case will define the health structure of the US for years. As to if the Court will strike down or uphold ObamaCare that is down to 9 men and women on the Court. It can be argued that they will uphold the law but strike down the individual mandate, pleasing no one, as the mandate supports the rest of the law. Thus the issue would be kicked back in to the political process. Watch the fun and games over the next few days outside the US Supreme Court folks, and that will just be the news networks and their lawyers trying to read the words of the Court, the Court had denied TV access, just audio. Does a pause mean YES or NO.
