Libyan Action and UK Voters

BBC News: Reports that the UK Public are split on the Libyan action, while 38% support the policy, 35% do not support the military intervention. This split folks is down to one thing, it’s a limited conflict, the voters it can be argued want a max strategy when it comes to the use of its Armed Forces. If you are sending in UK forces the aim should be to win, not for a limited long term deployment, the operation will cost millions, and you have in many respects a farcical war, the Eastern Libyan rebels and the Gaddafi Forces fighting over a single road in the East of Libya. Either win or get out should be the military strategy.
