US to resume nuclear testing - Trump47

BBC News: Reports that President Trump has ordered the Department of War to resume nuclear testing.

Lets Get Real:

The last nuclear test was in 1992 under Bush 41, at the end of the Cold War.  The reaction of POTUS could be down to the nuclear powered cruise missile test by the Russians, this has upset the doves and left wingers, so the reaction by commentators on CNN and the BBC, typical, at least Trump sees the threat from Russia at last.  The Oval could give tomahawk missiles to the Ukraine, that would get the attention of the Kremlin.

Israel strikes North Gaza

 Sky News: Reports that Israel has hit Northen Gaza after reported threat from Hamas.

Lets Get Real:

At some point Israeli or a security force will have to go in to Gaza City to disarm Hamas and allow the Board of Peace, headed by President Trump and with the help of Tony Blair to run Gaza.  The delay has allowed Hamas to reform and run Gaza City.  Israel must be allowed to finish the job or the threat will never go away.

Ceasefire will hold - VP Vance

Guardian: Reports that US Vice President Vance has stated the ceasefire will hold in Gaza.

Lets Get Real:

The Oval wants the ceasefire to hold for pure personal reasons, Trump wants the Nobel Peace Prize, it irks Trump that President Obama got it for doing nothing.  There is no way in hell that the Nobel  Committee will give him the prize, the Democrats have called him a Fascist and a tyrant.  There is a chance of war with Venezuela over it being a narco state, Trump must live in a different reality to the rest of us.

Israel hits Gaza after accusing Hamas of breaching Trump's Peace Deal - Update

BBC News Reports in its 4.31pm post that the Israeli PM has ordered the IDF to carry out strikes in Gaza.

Lets Get Real:

The Jerusalem Government has ordered the IDF to strike Gaza as they perceive that Hamas has broken the terms of the Trump peace deal, by not sending back the remains of the dead hostages, last night they sent part of remains of a hostage already found by the IDF.  Thus breaching the peace deal, also Hamas Terrorists fired on IDF forces today, another breach.  Lesson of the day, never trusts Terrorists and their word.

Trump critical of Putin - Trump47

Sky News: Reports in its 9.08am post that POTUS has been critical of President Putin for bragging about his new nuclear cruise missile, while the War goes on in the Ukraine.

Lets Get Real:

When will Trump learn that Putin is a tyrant and murder, he plays Trump like a Master violinists, and worst Trump falls for it all the time.  Trump has to be tough like Reagan, call out evil when he sees it and act in the correct manner.  Putin will only come to the Peace table when he is faced by hard facts that he cannot win in the Ukraine, Europe and the US need to be united on the policy towards the Ukraine.

Trump could run again 2028 - Trump47

BBC News: Reports that President Trump has hinted he might run again in 2028.

Lets Get Real:

The 22nd Amendment prevents a President running for a third term, it was done after FDR ran won four times.   It was passed by a Republican Congress, sometimes history bites you on the backside.  POTUS could resign and run again, the Courts would have a field day on that issue.  If not for the 22nd Amendment, then Reagan, Clinton and Obama would have ran again, Reagan was popular, thus his VP won, the two Democrats either saw their VP or nominee defeated by Bush 43 and Trump in 2016.  Of course POTUS could be needling the Dems and those on the left.  One hopes Trump is having fun.

VP Harris is concerned she did not ask Biden not to run 2024 - Trump47

BBC News: Reports that former VP Harris is concerned that she did not ask President Biden not to run in 2024, she did not think he could manage it against Trump.

Lets Get Real:

The former VP states she was not concerned about Biden's capacity as POTUS,  but that he could not run an effective campaign in modern politics against Trump.  The former VP can not bring herself to throw Biden under the bus, worries about what he will say when his book comes out and who he will support in 2028, that is a long time away!! The tradition is for runners for the Oval to wait in till the Mid Terms have passed, that might be a bad political mistak, Harris should head to Iowa and New Hampshire early, the opposition to her will start early.
