It is has been interesting watching the BBC News and Sky News coverage of the latest EU developments, they are so remain they can not see that they have take a side, well the BBC has always been a HARD REMAINER, that is the problem when yours major TV channels are in the liberal elite urban areas.   PM May should be tough with the EU, its my way or the high way, she has to make it clear that the Conservative Party will not put up with a closer relationship between the UK and the EU.   Thus the EU has to move, it has to give ground, there are are further eight weeks for talks before a deal should be done, expect the HARD REMAINERS and their press friends to scream from the roof tops that he UK should stay in the EU.   It is strange how liberals are very un-liberal when democracy does not follow their path.

The House of Lords have to be careful, at this rate the Conservatives will go in the next General Election with a pledge to either remove the House of Lords or cut their powers to mere symbolic gestures.    The people have decide, they want out of the EU, if their Lords prove to be a problem then they could shaft themselves out of office.   There will be more stories likes this in the coming weeks and months from the hard remainers.   This blog can not wait in till March 2019. 

No Brexit Deal, No Money - Brexit Update 2 - Post Brexit

Lets Get Real:

The UK should have have been tougher at the start of the talks with the EU.   The EU thinks that the UK will take anything on offer, they might not have understood the political pressure that PM May is under, if it is true that 80 Conservative MPs will vote against her Brexit Plan and the Labour Party will also vote no then the Brexit deal will fail in the House of Commons.   The EU should backtrack and fast, they need a deal as much as PM May, without UK money the EU will have to ask other EU countries such as Germany to give more to the EU, this  will not go down well with the taxpayers of Germany.  The poorer EU states might find tha funds from the EU go down, thus it is important that both the EU and the UK get a fair deal.  Time is running out. 

The ENDLESS Conservative Plotting - Brexit Update - Post Brexit

Lets Get Real:

This is the Conservatives in their endless mode of plotting when it comes to Brexit, thus far this week we have seen a former Minister say that 80 Conservative MPs will vote against the May Brexit plan, leading business figures are shouting that there needs to be a deal, and now the hard right of the Conservative Party is plotting to get rid of the PM, it is reported that they are looking at April after Brexit.   The Conservatives should wait in till after Brexit, March 2019 and then get rid of May, change the deal after the UK has left the EU, do not allow short political aims to undermine the UK leaving the EU.   When it comes to Brexit, this blog is only going for the highlights, nearly every day there is something that will either make the hard remainers happy or the hard Brexit supporters happy.   Of late the EU has been giving good signals that a deal could come, that should make the hard remainers happy, while at the same time the Conservative Government is making it clear that if WE do not get the deal we want then they UK will not give money to the EU.   There will be more days like this over the next few months.

Thus we return to an old D.C game, who is the new Deep Throat, ( not the film, the former Deputy Director of the FBI who gave Watergate leads to the Washington Post ) that secret was kept for decades, one doubts that this will be kept a secret, the Oval Office is on the War path and others news outlets will be wanting to name the defender of the Constitution as to get one up on the uber liberal New York Times.  The uber liberal CNN has covered the story to it death, it is about time that CNN dropped the C and just become the Democratic News Network, what will they do if a Democrat is the next President, just publish press statements.

As noted in this blog the home of the HARD REMAINERS is the BBC, Guardian and the Sky News, they will use any method to go negative on Brexit.   In this they have been helped by the former Foreign Secretary, his words might sell newspapers but it does nothing for him on the political front, the Conservative Party is the Conservative Party after all, moderation on the whole in ALL THINGS, with exception when the UK needed Churchill and Thatcher.  The Ex -  Foreign Secretary has to get his ACT TOGETHER or he will never be PM. 

Boris Johnson vs. PM May - Brexit Update - Post Brexit

BBC News: Reports " Boris Johnson has attacked Theresa's May's Brexit plan, saying she had "wrapped a suicide vest" around the British constitution and "handed the detonator" to Brussels.  "

Thus explosive rhetoric by the former Foreign Secretary, it can be argued that over the past few weeks Boris Johnson has seen his chance of BEING PM going over a cliff.   The talks are going on with the EU, and the EU fearing it won't get the billions from the UK could give a deal that PM May could sell to the House of Commons.  If it is a SOFT Brexit will the hard remainers vote against, will the LABOUR PARTY vote against it, the hard Brexit supporters are the unknown opposition, will they risk losing Brexit over how the UK leaves the EU.   The will be more angry debates within the Conservative Party, while Labour has its own internal problems.   Politics is back!!
