Lets Get Real:

The Democrats have gotten their knickers in a right twist, the Republican House Select Committee should play the LONG GAME, it should drag out the process, it should not rush to get the Clinton server, it works for the Republicans that the Clinton Camp is holding on to the server, very Richard Nixon.    The Select Committee should call Secretary Clinton at the end of the year, make it last a few days, keep the questions narrow and to the point, ALL about LIBYA and the private Server.   The Democrats want to protect their candidate no matter the cost to the US or the voter.   Time for the Republicans to play hardball, the Chicago way. 

NYT Hates the Clintons - Email Scandal Part 2 - 2016 Race

The New York Times: Ms Dowd writes the following open letter to Hillary Clinton, here is a great quote, " Hillary, your syndrome is less mortal, more regal, a matter of “What Is Hillary Owed?” Ronald Reagan seemed like an ancient king, as one aide put it, gliding across the landscape. You seem like an annoyed queen, radiating irritation at anyone who tries to hold you accountable. You’re less rhetorically talented than Bill but more controlling,.. "

Lets Get Real:

The uber liberal NYT does not like the Clintons, it really wants another Obama, well that is not on the cards, so while the NYT will support Hillary Clinton if she gets the nomination its not based love in the heart, it based on the readership of the NYT being liberal and thus there is no else to support.   The Clintons really need to get their act together, this blog has made it clear if the Republicans do not nominate Jeb Bush it will support Hillary Clinton, but and here is the but, the Clintons have to learn that the rules that run every other person also falls on them.   The Clintons play word games and think because they are liberal, as the article notes they can do what ever they like, well sorry to upset them but they are like the rest of us poor plebs, there should not be different rules for the rich and powerful.    It will be interesting to see how the Clintons get out of this mess without turning over their private server. 

The Republican House vs. Hillary Clinton - 2016 Race

CNN - Politics: Reports " The Republican congressman leading the House investigation into the terror attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi said the House may vote to subpoena Hillary Clinton's emails housed on her private home server. "

Lets Get Real:

This is a great issue for the Republicans, the Clintons will not want their secret emails out there, one is given them the benefit of the doubt up to a point, it can not be the Clintons alone who decide what is a private and what is public.   The House Chairman has stated that he will be forced to call Hillary Clinton twice before his committee, the first hearing will be about her private server and then the second one will be about Libya.    The House Select Committee will want the emails of her private staff to see if Libya comes up in any email.   The Republicans should hold fire in till the end of the year, call Hillary Clinton before Iowa or N.H.   The Clintons if they are smart will allow a third party to check the server, otherwise this issue will not go away and will become an issue in the 2016 campaign.

The Clinton defence of her email use is know being questioned by the State Department, the Obama Administration does not want to get itself tied in to the campaign problems of Hillary Clinton.  The Clinton Camp faces a problem,  Hillary Clinton will have to face the House Select Committee on Libya at least twice, once on her email and once on the death of the US Ambassador to Libya.   If the Republicans are playing hardball they will wait in till Dec or Jan to call her, thus right in the process of the vote in Iowa and New Hampshire, of course the Clintons will get through this, they always do, but it will tarnish them and hold their feet to the fire.  If nothing else if Hillary Clinton wins the Presidency she will use the official White House email.   The Republican candidates should use the issue but not a lot, they should keep that for the general election, hit Hillary Clinton hard on national security and her secret server, link it Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton scandals.  Thus the process for 2016 starts early this time, fun if your a political geek. 

New Hampshire and Jeb Bush - 2016 Race

It is in Iowa and New Hampshire that the candidates are tested, the electorate is small and they have seen hundreds of candidates over the years, they expect candidates to court them, they hit the car wheels, that is a metaphor for the campaigns, test out different candidates, of course New Hampshire is the first primary election, if the same candidates win both Iowa and New Hampshire then they are on the roll for the nomination, of course some candidates who win Iowa do not win NH, a classic example is that Bush 41 won in Iowa in 1980 and then Reagan turned around his campaign to win NH and then the nomination.   At the start of 2016 it will be cold and the D,C press core will be with the candidates.   Before then the candidates for 2016 will pay hundreds of visits to Iowa and NH, some will even stay there, some NEVER get out.   As these two States go early the other 48 States feel left out, thus they have moved their votes up early in the year, the Republican nomination could be known by the end of January 2016. 

Germany vs. Greece - The Greece Crisis

Of Course there is a feud between Germany and Greece, the Greeks have used the Second World War as a club to trash Germany, some modern Greeks have compared modern Germany to Nazi Germany and its actions in Greece during World War two.   The modern Greek state is a cancer on the Euro, it is either removed or the whole body politic that is the Euro will die from within.   The Germans have to be firm, NO MORE CASH for Greece in till it follows its promises to cut the welfare benefit strucutre of Greece.   It will be harsh, the people will not like, but it has to be done, the Greek economic system needs total reform.  TIME TO ACT GERMANY.

Lets Get Real:

These talks between the EU and Greece is like watching water torture or waterboarding, it never ends, and the results are iffy to say the least.   At the end of the day Greece will either leave EU on its own terms or it will be thrown out.   The leftist Government will never do what it takes, it would destroy their political base, the people of Greece have to understand, that for years of easy welfare there is a price, and this price is HARD austerity, Greece is in the same position as the UK was in the 1970s, its the sick man of Europe.   The Greeks need their Lady Thatcher, who changed the UK while she was in power.   Do Greeks have any of the brains of the Classic Greeks, one has doubts, poor Greece.
