Air Security Guarantees from the US - Trump47

Guardian: Reports that President Trump has stated the US may give air support in any security guarantees to the Ukraine.

Lets Get Real:

This might annoy MAGA base of the Republican base and Moscow, the coalition of the willing. the UK and France and others will have boots on the ground, to defend the Ukraine against Russia, what will be the rules if Russia attacks, will the security forces be able to fight back.  So many questions to answer in a short time.

BBC News;: Reports in its 12.50pm post that Russia, Ukraine and the US are meeting in Saudi Arabia  to discuss a ceasefire.

Lets Get Real:

What Europe?, and troops they have offered as peacekeepers, the US envoy has suggested that Sir Keir is posing, and that he is having a Sir Winston Churchill moment, what an insult from a member of the Trump Adminstration, it shows how little the US thinks of the UK and Europe.   Let's hope that the UK and France follow through, this could OLD Europe can still shine.

UK tanks will arrive in Ukraine before summer - but no exact timetable confirmed....

Tanks donated by the UK will land on the Ukraine frontline before summer, Defence Secretary Ben Wallace has said.....Asked in the Commons when they will arrive in Ukraine, Mr Wallace said: "It'll be this side of the summer, or May - it'll be probably towards Easter time."  "

Lets Get Real:

The UK needs to send tanks to the Ukraine as fast as it can teach the Ukraine tank Crews how to drive the Challenger 2 tanks and tank strategy to fight the Russians.  The view from the US is that the British Army is no longer a top tier Army and barely makes the 2nd tier.   The Conservative Government has to defend the Country, that means spending whatever it takes to fund the army and to fund our moral obligations to the Ukraine.   That various UK Governments have cut down the army, well it's time to open the WALLET, the army has to be increased, the Government should bring back national service, the conscripts might then learn to read and write and to have manners.  Thus you increase the Army two fold, then help with education and those that have not gone to Uni can go in the Army to do their service.  These are perilous times with the Ukraine War, the threat to Taiwan from China, that Iran will go nuclear, and North Korea is a wild CARD.  Thus you need a good defence.
