Thus we are back to were we started, a very confused world. One can take the view that Iran is trying to sell the deal to its own people, by lying about the Memorandum of Understanding, or another view that the factions in Tehran are trying to get the upper hand with nominal Supreme Leader under the control of one of the factions.
