The Putin Kremlin wants to destroy the infrastructure of Ukraine, it wants to prevent the people of getting water and electricity in the WINTER, also Putin wants to wear down the people of the West, Putin thinks that people will be so appalled at the lack of electricity and gas during the WINTER and will force its political leaders to back down and remove the sanctions on Russia. One can expect more cyber attacks from Russia, also the hitting of pipelines that support getting power to the UK.
