The Kremlin is trying to deflect with the talks in Turkey, it wants to give the impression that it is willing to talk, the truth being that Putin is not getting full facts from his staff because they afraid of him, so he might be thinking that the WAR is going well, that would show that Putin has lost the plot, a trait he shares with Adolf Hitler. As long as NATO and the US keep supporting the KYIV Government they cannot lose, as to can they win, that is a different matter, the Ukraine Forces are limited, while Russia has the biggest army in Europe and can draft more people. This winner of this WAR will be the last State standing.
