BBC News: Reports " The UK's proposed "backstop" plan for trade with the EU after Brexit has been published after an "expected" end date - of 2021 - was included in it. "
Lets Get Real:
Thus last night and this morning we had speculation as to if David Davis the Brexit Secretary was going to resign if the backstop to Brexit did not have an end date. In the end the Brexit Secretary WON the fight with the PM. Of course next the hurdle is the EU, so far the EU has not been that impressed with the backstop, they are concerned about the Irish border, and how the time limited Backstop will effect border transport and trade. The local wildfires are small compared to the major votes next week in the House of Commons.
