The Trump Camp needs to WIN a blue State, but ALL the polls from Pennsylvania show that Clinton leads, in many respects HRC has a lock on the electoral college, the Clinton camp has to hold firm, yes ObamaCare is a problem, but the rate hike will take a long time to be felt. After HRC wins the Oval Office in November she will have to reform the system, for that she will need help from Republicans. Thus straight after the election HRC needs to have talks with Republicans about working together.
