Guardian - Live Reporting: Reports in its 4.08pm post the following, " Labour rebels keen to oust Jeremy Corbyn are investigating whether they would have a legal case for using the party’s name if they formed a breakaway group in parliament, and have set up a website to try to gain support of “moderate” members, my colleague Heather Stewart reports. "
Lets Get Real:
Are we seeing the historical break up of the Labour Party, if Corbyn will not go or wins another leadership election the MPs will have a choice, either support him or form another Party. As most think they will lose their Seats under Corbyn there is nothing to stop them from forming a new Party, it has been done before, also it would remove the power of the trade unions to select the leader and MPs. Nothing lasts forever!
