The Russians have already started to be critical of the move, expect more chatter from Moscow about the shield, since Reagan's SDI the Russian Bear has been worried that US technology and its ability to take down Russian missiles. The Russian bear has caused this problem with its actions in Crimea and East Ukraine, the Eastern Europeans do not trust Putin to try something in the Baltics or Eastern Europe.
