The next stage is the US Supreme Court, the question IS will the Chief Justice re-write the law again to save ObamaCare, after its failure at the website failure at the start and the law is still not popular, how will the CJ vote. One can see the Chief Justice going back to safer ground and going with the rest of the Conservatives on the Court. The issue will become a campaign issue for the 2014 Mid Terms. This is another negative that the Democrats will have to carry for ObamaCare. The foreign policy disasters of the 2nd term combined with the slow recovery of the economy makes for a bleak election year for Democrats.
