BBC News: Reports on remarks by PM Cameron that the Coalition Government will build two hundred thousand affordable homes, this could create four hundred thousand jobs. Sounds like a good idea folks, the common cry from those wanting to buy is that the costs are eye watering if your wages are low at the start of your career. As more house building will create jobs in construction it should help with the broader economy, supplies to builders could lead to jobs being created at building outlets, also spending in the local community should be helped by those building and the new owners of the homes. Lets hope it has a chance folks, the Coalition needs economic growth to get the deficit down.
