Telegraph: Reviews the forthcoming memoirs of Tony Blair. The one question Mr Blair must answer is why he didn’t sack Gordon Brown when Brown blocked him on his domestic reforms, and when he had the chance after 2005 General Election he didn’t move Brown or sack him. This will be the test of the Blair memoirs, will he be as honest as Lord Mandelson.
