MOD: Reports on the build up to Operation Moshtarak ( Together ) in Afghanistan. One can argue that its smart to put the fear of God in to the Taliban/Al Qaeda with the news of the operation, but on the other hand it gives them time to hide in plain sight, why fight a direct fight they cant win, better to hide and then come out when the surge is over in the area. When it comes to Afghanistan one can argue that nothing ever works, that's the point of Afghanistan.
