The House to Vote on War Powers Act - Update

Guardian:  Reports in its 12.13pm post the following " House to vote on war powers resolution after Senate measure fails  "

Let's Get Real:

It will be interesting to see this vote, the House in nominally Republican, but some are very American First, thus can be expected to support invoking the War Powers Act (1973), the Senate has said no, so it's academic, also Trump can VETO any resolution, the Congress does not have the two thirds to override a Presidential VETO.  It will be interesting to see the mode of the House and the American people.
