The Army would stay at eight hundred thousand and the Ukraine would get NATO like security guarantees, one presumes with the coalition of the willing to safe guard the border, and to prevent any violations. One doubts that the Russians will sign up, they are winging the gradual war in the Donbas and they will want to show to the Russian public that they have won, after the cost in troops in treasure. Thus more endless talks, Europe will have to back Ukraine, the era of Pax America is over.
