"

US intelligence is covering its backside in case the Russians invade, they want it known that they have told the Biden Oval, so if the US reaction is WEAK, it will be blamed on President Biden. It seems that Putin has calculated that after Afghanistan that Biden is a empty suite who will appease Russia by agreeing not to allow the Ukraine in to NATO and also prevent former Warsaw Countries from having NATO equipment on their soil. Of course Putin could be WRONG and after Afghanistan Biden has found a backbone and balls of steel, that happening takes some believing, as Afghanistan showed Biden can be rolled by terrorists, so Putin must think the he will not dare stand up to Russia.
