The move by the Speaker was not done as favour to the PM as the article states, but it might help the PM with EU. In the forthcoming EU Summit the PM can say that needs more from the EU or the UK will have to have elections for the European Parliament, one can guess the reaction of the UK voter to that thought, they could send a NEW BREXIT PARTY of MEPs to Europe, they could cause havoc, there is general unrest in Europe when it comes to the EU, the Establishment EU does not want that to happen. Thus the PM has to play it TOUGH, demand more concessions or the UK is staying or leaving with NO DEAL on March the 29th. The PM has the power through the Royal Prerogative to suspend the House of Commons, at the end of the day the Queen outranks the Speaker in so many ways.
