The UK Government stated last night that it was leaving the EU Customs Union, that opens the chance that a new Custom Union could be agreed by the UK and the EU, its not rocket science, one that allows the UK to trade within the EU but also do deals with other governments. Of course the EU will have to be bought off, its blackmail in simple words. The EU Budget will be light after the UK leaves, so it is in the interest of the EU to do a deal with the UK. Always follow the money.
