Lets Get Real:
The Republican House is pure political terms is making the rights moves as to keep its base happy, e.g Conservatives, the PR for Obama is a nightmare, his base, liberals and groups that support allowing illegals to stay, is keen on a liberal immigration policy, while on the whole the US public want a secure border. Thus Obama has to look tough on the issue, while not doing a lot, either way he will annoy voters just before the 2014 Mid Terms. If President Obama throws the illegal child immigrants out, the news cycle will show crying children being thrown on buses and taken to the nearest airport for transfer back home. The Oval looks weak and without christian compassion, the base of the Democratic Party will not get out as in in the Mid Terms, and the Republicans keep the House and retake the Senate. At the end of the day this is about PR, and who wins the PR battle, the poor immigrants are just pawns in a old political game.
