Thus folks the Police want to make sure that no else dies, on the other hand they need the younger brother alive, at its most basic to tell the Police and the World, WHY? If the younger brother dies and kills others there will be theories for years, you can see some of the left stating it was all the fault of the Bush 43, in their views everything is the fault of Republicans and those on the right. On the other and the Republicans will argue that that Obama is seen as weak, and after 9/11 there was no major terrorist attack on the US, thus folks the need for clarity, if the younger brother is caught alive it will start a heated debate as to how he should be treated, it seems that the brothers were NOT US Citizens, that is the info now, thus the Republicans will argue that the younger brother should face a Military Tribunal, the left will want a Court Case. Thus expect heated debate over the next few days and weeks folks.

The Suspect has been caught, he has injuries, the suspect is a US Citizen as of 9/11, thus has ALL the right of a US Citizen. This blog will be very surprised if there is a not a major and heated debate between Democrats and Republicans on how the suspect should be tried, the Republicans one can postulate will want a Military Tribunal for Boston Bombing, the Democrats and Liberals see terrorism as a criminal matter, thus folks the echoes pre and after 9/11 are still with us, it will be an interesting debate, and the political ramifications could set the debate for 2014 and 2016.
