MOD: Has announced the names of the two UK Soldiers that were killed on Saturday in Afghanistan by a rogue Afghan Policeman, the Soldiers were, " Sergeant Gareth Thursby and Private Thomas Wroe, both of 3rd Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment (Duke of Wellington's) (3 YORKS) ". Our thoughts are with the families of Sergeant Thursby and Private Wrote.
