MOD: Has announced the name of the UK Soldier that was killed on Friday in Afghanistan of wounds sustained in action, the Soldier was " Guardsman Jamie Shadrake of the Reconnaissance Platoon, 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards ". Our thoughts are with the family of Guardsman Shadrake.
