Once the rebels have taken these towns the only thing left will be finding and arresting Colonel Gaddafi or of course killing him, either option would mean the end of the Gaddafi regime. After this Civil War is over the Libyan people have to build their Country up from the ground up, they are fortunate that they have the oil money, lets hope it works out in Libya, the UN will help with the reconstruction of Libya, but at the end of the day the Libyan people have to want to WIN, its their Country.
