38% Approval for Obama = Gallup

Gallup: Reports that in its daily tracking poll, President Obama has a 38% Approval rating, while 54% of Average Americans Disapprove of the job performance of President Obama. It takes some doing in being more unpopular that Colonel Gaddafi, will the fall of the Mad Dog the Oval should have gotten a bounce in the polls, any more success in Libya and POTUS will face a challenge for the Democratic nomination.
