BBC News: Reports that DSK has resigned as the Managing Director of the IMF. This will come as a relief to the IMF, but could cause problems for DSK in his second attempt at bail, the New York prosecutor might argue that since DSK has resigned from the IMF there is more of a reason for him to do a runner back to France should he get bail. It can be argued that DSK must know his political career is over, does he want to risk spending decades in a American prison or internal exile in France. Lets see what the New York Court does folks, but have doubts they will release DSK on a one million bail with ankle alarm to make sure he stays in the US.
