Guardian: Reports that Colonel Gaddafi is to speak to the Libyan people. One has doubts that Colonel Gaddafi will resign, he does not care about his people, one can guess that he will make the usual statements, that it’s the fault of the West, the Media, the people don’t know what they are doing, he even might follow the route of his son and say they are stoned.
