The Elite of Elite on the Debate

The New York Times: Ms Dowd of the Liberal New York Times, she and the times are in the tank for Obama is honest when she writes, " Obama did a poor job of getting under McCain’s skin. Or maybe McCain did an exceptional job of not letting Obama get under his skin. .....and Obama ran out of gas. " It is odd that Obama was desperate for the Debate and he did such a poor job, it seems that he has not learnt from his debates with Hillary Clinton, in less he has thousand of Germans shouting his name he cant preform, that shows that he is no Gipper, just ask Walter Mondale what a great line at your expense can cost you, the guy could not get elected back to his own Senate Senate after the 1984 performance against Reagan.

Washington Post: David Broder the Dean of the Washington Press Core states the following, "... John McCain out-pointed Barack Obama often enough to encourage his followers that he can somehow overcome the odds and deny the Democrats the victory that has seemed to be in store for them. " As Broder points out neither Obama or McCain wanted to discuss the Wall Street Bail out, if one had shown leadership and opposed the plan then the voters in the United States would have a real choice, the real choice that he voters have is the elite vs elite view of the economy. Either Obama or McCain could have used the debate to lead the voice of the voter. But both have been scared by economic wonks on how the West will fall apart if the bailout does not go ahead, poor America, neither Obama or McCain have show leadership over Wall Street.
