President George W. Bush making another appeal for his bail out of Wall Street, the President stated the following, " There are disagreements over aspects of the rescue plan, but there is no disagreement that something substantial must be done. The legislative process is sometimes not very pretty, but we are going to get a package passed. " As Leo once said in the West Wing, making law is like making a sausage, just in this case its in the public spotlight and the price tag is 700 Billion. The President is wrong with his policy, lets hope the the House Republicans can change the mind of the President.
