New York Times: Reports on the death of Senator Jesse Helms, a tough Conservative who helped in the Reagan Revolution. Although one might not agree with a lot of his policies, his early support for Reagan shows that he could see a great leader for the Republicans and the United States. The Democrats have Kennedy the Republicans had Helms.
