BBC News: Reports that the Foreign Secretary, David Miliband, has set out his political stall to be the next Labour Leader and Prime Minister. PM Brown has a problem, this is fast becoming a drip by drip race to push him out, he has to take swift action, even sack Miliband and Harman. In less the PM takes firm action he might not get to the Labour Party Conference. The Blood is in the water, he either stops this hunt for his job or its over for PM Brown.
