BBC News: Reports that Florida and Michigan have been allowed back in to the Convention, this does help Hillary Clinton but the way it was done makes sure its a hollow victory, think Barry Goldwater after the 1964 Convention. Both States, are back, but they each delegate gets half a vote and in the case of Michigan the results are revoked and both candidates get about half, Clinton get an extra ten delegates. This is the cut off point for Hillary Clinton if she wants the VP spot with Obama she can not argue this all the way to convention, on the other hand if she does argue it, no VP spot.
