Time: Money is the foundation of modern American politics, Time reports that the Clinton is need of money. The problem is when you think you are going to win, an arrogance develops within the machine, the problem is that the Clinton's are arrogant enough, so when you add the Elite Media view that Clinton was going to walk these early votes you have trouble. It seems that the Clinton machine needs money to fight Obama. They are in trouble.
