Is this Judge trying to hand the Presidency to Trump, the day before SUPER TUESDAY, the Law in this case has to understand the political process, the Trump will have posters out that make the case that Trump is a political martyr to the LIBERAL DEMOCRATIC ESTABLISHEMENT.   The Judge should be aware that any Court Case has to be perfect against Trump, giving the impression that the Judge thinks her Court is more important than the election of Presidency might  make the Republicans seek her impeachment, even Democrats should be wary of supporting this Judge, if this is her thought process one has doubts, she stated that if Trump was sportsman he would be expected to appear in Court.  Trump is running for the Presidency, and if he wins, he can pardon himself.  Also one  assumes the Trump Defence team can appeal this ruling and they should.
